The photon counter "Bio" SPD_B_M1 of AUREA Technology is a new generation of optical instruments, compact and ergonomic, with very high detection performance in the NIR "biological window" [900 - 1350 nm].

The detection module of the SPD_B_M1 is based on the same APD photodiode Geiger mode technology than the SPD_A module

Thanks to its exceptional photon detection sensitivity in the "biological window", the SPD_B_M1 photon counter offers the development of new systems, tools and scientific equipment and industrial products, such as measurement of singlet oxygen (1272 nm), emission of Quantum Dots, near infra-red astronomy (J-band: 1250 nm), telecom fiber optic (O-band: 1260-1360 nm) and time-resolved photo-luminescence.

The photon counter "Bio" SPD_A of AUREA Technology is the ideal measuring instrument for biomedical, biotechnology, biochemistry, nanotechnology, photovoltaics, astronomy and the environment.
